On 6 September 2010 Organika S.A. had its debut on the Catalyst market. It is the 34th issuer whose debentures were introduced for trading on the Catalyst market. The Company’s bonds are listed in the alternative trading system operated by the Stock Exchange and BondSpot S.A

During the previous ARENA DESIGN Poznań International Fair, a group of students from the department of Furniture Design of Poznań Academy of Fine Arts prepared an exhibition entitled Flexible Design. It was a collection of one-off seats made of elastic and flexible materials. One of them was the visco elastic VISCOR foam.

Organika is a leading producer of elastic polyurethane foam in Poland and eastern Central Europe. It forms an international capital group covering 10 subsidiaries operating in the Czech Republic, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Since early 2010 it has also been present on the Belarusian market, where it founded the company BelOrganika in Luniniec, near Brest’. Its official opening ceremony along with initiation of the PU elastic foam production took place on 25 May 2010.

In 2009, the Organika Group recorded a profit of PLN 13.4 million, the highest amount in 3 years, with income amounting to PLN 400 million. By 2012, the company expects to earn another PLN 26 million net, and to increase its turnover by 50%. These ambitious plans are to be implemented through a bond issue worth tens of millions of zlotys.
